If you are a multi location business, choose the business location you want to work with. You can do this by choosing your location from the drop down menu in the header at the top of the page. 


If you are an agency, choose 'Log In As' from your Agency Dashboard for the client account you wish to manage.


  • Go to ‘Settings’ and choose ‘Campaign Settings’ from the drop down menu



  • Choose 'Email' from the top menu bar




  • Choose the delay you wish to put in place. For example if you put '2' in this field your follow up email will be sent two days after the initial review request gets sent out.
  • Hit 'Save'




  • Click the 'Add New Step' button




  • Ensure the 'Email Step #2' Box is green and customize the Subject and Body text
  • Hit 'Save'





  • Send yourself a test by clicking the 'Send Test' button and your follow up campaign is all set.
  • Looking to set up another email sequence to your follow up campaign? Just hit 'Add New Step' and repeat the above steps.
