• Log in to your agency account at www.reviewrobin.io/agency

  • From the account drop down menu in the top right corner select ‘User Management’

  • Select ‘Add New User’

  • Enter the new user’s first name, last name and email address

  • Select a user role for your user

  • Choose which location(s) you would like to grant access to

  • Hit the 'Submit' button

An email has been sent to your user notifying them to their new account, and it will also include their login credentials.
