If you are adding Google or Facebook as a review site, please follow these instructions:

If you are adding a review site that isn’t Google or Facebook, please carry on with this tutorial:

  • Go to your listing on the review site

  • Go to the page your customer would leave you a review on

  • Copy the URL of this page

Once this link is acquired, you can head back to your Review Robin account and add it in.

  • If you have multiple locations, select the location you would like to add a site to from the drop down menu on the header.

  • Click “Settings” in the left hand menu

  • Select “Review Sites”

  • In the top right corner on “Review Sites’ page, select “Add Review Site”

  • Choose a Review Site from the drop down menu

  • Enter in the link you copied from your Review Site

  • Click ‘View Site’ to test the link is correct

  • Select ‘yes’ to activate the review site, assuming you want it to show up to your customers

  • Select Add Review Site’ button

That’s it! Your customers will now have the option to leave you a review when you send them a review request!
