Adding a logo to your account is important because it will show up at the top of review requests you send to your customers via email.


To add or change your logo: 


  • If you are a multi location business, choose the business location you want to work with. You can do this by choosing your location from the drop down menu in the header at the top of the page. 


  • Go to Settings > Branding

  • Click on the current graphic to upload a new logo

  • Select ‘Update’ to save changes
