In order to upload a bulk list of your contacts you will need to put their information into a CSV sheet, and upload it. Learn more about creating a CSV here.


If you are a multi location business, choose the business location you want to upload the contact list to. You can do this by choosing your location from the drop down menu in the header at the top of the page. 


Once you have your CSV saved with your customer’s contact information it’s super easy to upload and send review requests to a list of customers.


To Upload CSV:

  • Go to Requests> Import Customers

  • Choose ‘Click to Upload a CSV’

  • Choose whether you want to send review requests now or later

  • Check the permissions box

  • Hit Submit



That’s it! Just a side note that there is a max number of 200 contacts that you can upload at one time using a CSV.
