Add a Single Contact


  • If you are a multi location business, choose the business location you want to add a contact to. You can do this by choosing your location from the drop down menu in the header at the top of the page. 


  • Go to Requests > Add Customers


You will be prompted to add your customer’s first and last name along with their phone or email. 


Remember the only information that is required is either a mobile phone number OR their email address. The name will add additional personalisation, but it’s not necessary.


Check the box to ensure you have permission to contact this person and choose if you wish to send this review request immediately or later. 


Then hit 'Submit' and you will have successfully added a contact!


Note: Before you send requests to your customers, it’s a good idea to check out your Sender Settings to adjust the method in which you are sending requests to your customers ie text SMS, e-mail or both. If your sender settings allow for both SMS and e-mail and you upload a mobile phone number and email for your contact you will send them 2 review requests.
